Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville East

This is a great place to Stay. Suites are clean, quiet and well equipped. The location is excellent for where I was visiting . I find it to be centrally located. Just 15 to 30 minutes from anywhere in Louisville and Indiana. The front desk person Christopher is very friendly, helpful, kind and patient. A great asset to the Marriott residence inn. We had a 2 bedroom suite and stayed 6 days. We were so comfortable that we extended our stay and didn't want to leave when we did. I will always stay there when I visit Louisville.

The receptionist when we checked in was very kind, patient and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and nice. Many restaurants and shopping in the area or within a reasonable distance. We are a family of 6 and it was very comfortable for us. The Price was reasonable also.

I had an issue when it came to a deposit. I bought my room online. Drove to location. With a brand new bank account I only had a swipe card not a chip reader. It was not accepted due to improper form of payment for deposit at lobby check in. Guy at counter was super helpful in finding me a way to stay after Iet him know Hotel.com didn't refund my money for the room. He made it work for me. ive been here a few days out of the week I paid for and it's really a nice place to stay. Nice breakfast in the morn. It's been quiet. Nice surroundings. Worth the money and even with the small hassle of deposit payment, I'll be back...

Customer service is excellent., as is the location. The only downside is that the furniture and rooms are a bit tattered and outdated. There is some outside maintenance needed. So, first impressions are not consistent with the Marriott name.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Stayed with 2 kids for 1 night. Room had full kitchen made preparing meals super easy with the kids. Breakfast was a full spread and that area was clean and well maintained. It’s an older property and there’s wear and tear but overall cleanliness was great and staff was friendly and helpful, great property!

This review is primarily for the staff. They are absolutely AMAZING and will go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and feel like you're home. The manager Chris goes above and beyond as do Zach and Tabitha. The rooms are very spacious and perfect especially for a long time stay.

Stopped on our way to Florida and our way back. We have 2 dogs and this place was perfect for staying with them. Staff was very friendly and we loved that there was so much close by.

This is a wonderful hotel, it's arranged in little individual buildings more like an apartment building so it doesn't feel as much like staying at a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to see my suite had a full kitchen. It's very clean with all the amenities you would expect. There is a full complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately the waffle maker was broken while I was here. My only complaint is that my room smelled faintly of cigarettes, despite there being a no smoking policy. Be aware they also charge a $10 parking fee per night that is fairly hidden when booking.
